EXPLORE AFTER SCHOOL ENRICHMENT PROGRAM
Kids EXPLORE After School, in collaboration with the Santa Cruz Education Foundation (SCEF), is a district-wide After School Enrichment Program for all SCCS elementary students. We are able to offer fun, affordable, and high quality after school classes that allow kids to follow their passions and explore new activities at their own school site.
Kids EXPLORE After School is available to all elementary students, regardless of ability to cover the cost of the enrichment classes. Currently, EXPLORE offers two 8-week sessions per year, one in the Fall and one in the Spring. In the 2018-19 school year, EXPLORE served approximately 650 students at the elementary schools offering a variety of classes, including STEM, sports, language, art, and music.
Registration for Spring 2020 classes will be on Monday February 10th or Tuesday February 11th at your child’s school site. Classes will begin the week of March 2nd.
